Mazda MX-5 Miata Wins Best Certified Pre-Owned Value in Segment

For Best CPO Value in America awards, Mazda MX-5 Miata wins for third consecutive year

For the last three years, the Mazda MX-5 Miata has been named the “Best CPO Value in America” (Certified Pre-Owned) winner in the Sports Car segment by Vincentric, a data compilation and analysis company who produce the awards, now in its tenth year. In addition, as part of the awards process, the MX-5 was identified as having the lowest total cost of ownership in its class.

The awards, which are entirely data-driven, underscore the high quality craftmanship of the MX-5 and the rigor behind Mazda’s commitment to evolving the platform that made the MX-5 Miata the best-selling two-seater sports car in history.

That evolution can be witnessed in the vehicle’s styling, or “Kodo design” (which roughly translates from Japanese to “soul of motion”), or more subtle but equally impactful developments like its new Kinematic Posture Control (KPC), the latest innovation from Mazda where the brakes and suspension work together such that high-g cornering is more precise and deliberate, creating an even closer connection between the car and its driver.

Mazda believes that oneness is central to joyful driving, or Hashiru Yorokobi, and creating that connection between driver and car has always been at the heart of Mazda’s design principals.

It’s this marriage of the classic roadster aesthetics with constantly evolving innovation around performance, safety, and comfort that has made the MX-5 worthy of the Best CPO Value in America award.
